Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Retailer Onboarding: Identify, approach, and onboard new retail partners (e.g., kirana stores, supermarkets) to stock and sell our range of dairy products.
  • Society Partnerships: Establish and nurture relationships with residential societies to secure bulk orders and subscriptions for milk and other dairy essentials.
  • Sales & Subscriptions: Drive sales by effectively presenting our product portfolio, highlighting benefits, and converting leads into long-term customers and subscribers.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather market feedback, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to help refine our marketing and sales strategies.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing retailers and societies to ensure continued satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Order Fulfillment Coordination: Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, achievements, and market insights regularly.
