About the job

Responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing staff, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations for Charkos College of Nursing, Mysuru.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Operations:
  • Supervise and manage office staff, ensuring efficient workflows.
  • Oversee office facilities, including safety and security.
  • Maintain accurate records, including student records, faculty records, and financial records.
  • Financial Management:
  • Assist in budget preparation and utilization.
  • Monitor financial matters and accounts.
  • Manage and track departmental budgets.
  • Compliance and Policy:
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Staff and Student Support:
  • Handle employee inquiries and assist with recruitment processes.
  • Provide information and support to students, faculty, and staff.
  • Coordinate with internal and external departments.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Schedule meetings and events.
  • Prepare reports and presentations.
