What will you do as a Customer Service Specialist? As a Customer Service Representative, you have one clear goal: prevent problems, resolve issues, and delight our customers. You will be our customers' first point of contact for inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email - this includes everything from customer inquiries to payment issues and website clarifications. Our Customer Service Advisors use a variety of tools to coach, research and direct solutions and communicate effectively with customers.
What qualifications do you need? A strong learner, positive, enthusiastic and proactive! Ability to attend and complete required training (training facilities may differ from production schedules at the time of enrollment).
