The role requires expertise in Private/White Labelling, B2B Sales, and FMCG Exports, managing large-scale sales and distribution networks across international markets. Mandatory Criteria (Screening Essential) Male candidate only Local candidate from Delhi/NCR FMCG (Food) industry background with Private/White Labelling experience Proven sales target achievement of minimum ₹5 Cr monthly Currently managing a topline not less than $5 Million Well connected with FMCG buyers and distributors Export market experience in South Asia / Europe (Africa preferred as additional) Strong knowledge of EXIM laws & regulations Experience Required Minimum 7 years in B2B business & sales order cycle Minimum 5 years in sales forecasting accuracy (Primary & Secondary sales) Minimum 5 years in managing distributors across Asia and/or Africa Minimum 5 years in trade activations & ROI analysis Travel-ready for export markets as required Experience in market expansion, NPDs, JBP, distribution & channel management Skilled in export sales strategies, budgeting, financials & value chain models Proficient in MS Office & reporting systems Experience in engaging with GM / Director level stakeholders
