Job description Project description The UX & Innovation team is a crucial part of our client's Global IT organization, tasked with designing user-centric solutions that are relevant, inclusive, and easy to use for our workforce. This ultimately adds value for product owners. Due to high demand exceeding our capacity, we are looking to extend our core team with additional UX team, for which we are looking for Delivery Manager/UX Architect role. Responsibilities A senior role with experience in Interaction design or Service design or Research. As the primary point of contact for our customers, serve as receiver's advocate by supporting business requirement gathering, facilitating product strategy decision, and integrating human-centric design throughout the E2E product lifecycle.
